More specifically, every single lead entered into the online CRM is captured and stored in a true data management system allowing our dealer partners to run a variety of reports the lead data and quickly compare that data to monthly sales reports. This provides our dealer partners with a true sense of ROI for their outside marketing expense. We stand behind our service and provide a true sense of accountability to our dealer partners. We operate on a month-to-month service agreement.

We know accountability is huge. It has been a major issue in this side of the business for far too long. With Redline, another tremendous benefit of our innovative CRM tool is that it provides absolute and true accountability of the rep and their daily efforts. Each rep utilizes a mobile device that tracks their exact location in real-time. Every dealer-partner has access with their individual CRM login to look at a live and dynamic map showing the rep’s location in real time as they move through their territory throughout the day. You can literally see the rep moving driving down the street going from shop to shop. This illuminates the doubt of wondering what the is doing and deliver confidence each and everyday that your are getting what you are paying for.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE DETAILED, TIMELY DELIVERY OF LEADS FROM THE OUTSIDE SALES REPS?
Through the mobile device our reps utilize, our managers and their wholesalers receive every lead generated in real-time. As our reps leave a shop, they enter all business and contact information and provide detailed notes on the conversation had at the shop. Once all notes are entered into the mobile device and the rep hits “enter”, that lead information pops up on your wholesalers’ screens instantaneously in real-time. So the leads continuously stream into the CRM for your wholesalers to follow-up on, you can reach out to a shop within minutes of the rep making the first contact. True HOT leads never have time to cool like with the other service provider who email in summaries the following day or on a weekly basis.

Another way that Redline has improved outside marketing services, is to implement a targeted zone approach. Through this method, we work with only local dealers in a given geographic territory (“zone”) and our rep stays within that identified zone. This ensures that everyday the rep is out generating leads, its in the area in which all of our local dealer partners provide delivery service and meet the needs of those shops. Furthermore, by focusing in on a particular zone that is centered around the dealer, our reps are able to revisit shops about every 3 months. This promotes strong relationship building between the shops and the brands our reps represent, fostering trust and commitment. In this business, relationships are key as we are the face and voice of our dealer partners out in the field.
